And he doesn't say much.
After practice, Seymour and members of the defensive front stayed on the field to work through some additional alignments.
When they broke up, Seymour and Patrick Pass left the field together. Seymour, seeing a crowd of about 60 reporters, photographers and cameramen waiting for him, smiled, took a Gatorade from a Patriots media relations member, stepped up a makeshift podium and spoke.
"First off I'll sart by saying it's a blessing to be back. It was a rough road but it's a joy to be back. I definitely had the support from my teammates and a lot of fans gave me support.
"I always remained focused. Myself and the organization in the statement (released yesterday articulated his feelings). I don't want to talk about negotiations publicly but it's definitely a joy to be back."
Seymour wouldn't answer whether he got what he wanted from his holdout or say specifically what he was holding out for.
