Hey all --
It was fairly upbeat in the locker room today, as it is most Fridays. There was some talk about tomorrow's Ohio State-Michigan game, with four players having a stake in the game: Tom Brady and rookie Pierre Woods are Wolverines, and Mike Vrabel and Bam Childress played for the Buckeyes.
Corey Dillon, wearing old-school Air Jordans accented with yellow and green (he had on a coordinating San Francisco Giants hat), was rifling through his locker looking for yet another pair of shoes, then lamenting the fact that he'd need a new pair -- even though there were no fewer than five pairs of sneakers in his stall.
For those interested, the thoughtful Ellis Hobbs is the subject of this week's Who I Am, and counterpart Joe McDonald will have a reflective column in Sunday's Journal as well.
We'll update the injury list in a couple of hours, then Joe will be keeping you informed on the goings on in Green Bay on Sunday. We'll miss out on the chance to see the history at Lambeau Field, but we sure as heck won't miss the likely chilly temperatures and possibility of snow.
have a good weekend,
shalise
