Hey all --
Just before Bill Belichick began his press conference this afternoon, Patriots' PR man Stacey James announced that offensive lineman Billy Yates has been placed on season-ending injured reserve with a broken leg.
As we reported in today's Journal, Yates was seen after the game yesterday on crutches, with his left leg the one being favored.
Belichick said that team will make a decision on what to do with Yates' roster spot by Wednesday.
