We just got off the phone with Ken Sarnoff, the agent for Victor Hobson, who confirmed that Hobson has signed with New England.

"He's very excited to be a member of the Patriots," Sarnoff said.

There were other teams interested in signing the former second-round pick, but Sarnoff would not specify which clubs.
