Tonight's session, also in full pads, was held inside Gillette Stadium as a special event for season ticket holders.

Some notes from the practice:

* James Sanders, Rodney Harrison, Jason Webster, Matt Light, Ryan O'Callaghan and Kyle Eckel missed both sessions; Sammy Morris and Marcus Pollard weren't at the night practice.

* In the absence of Light and O'Callaghan, the offensive line with the first-team offense in the evening was LT Nick Kaczur, LG Logan Mankins, C Dan Koppen, RG Billy Yates, RT Wesley Britt.

* Quarterback Matt Cassel threw three more interceptions last night after getting picked off three times on Sunday. During 7-on-7 work, Fernando Bryant jumped the route and grabbed the interception, while in 11-on-11 drills, Cassel threw low to Benjamin Watson despite tight coverage from Eric Alexander. The ball was at Alexander's shoulders.

* During two-minute work, Randy Moss made another scintillating catch in the back of the end zone. The sequence started with 25 seconds on the clock and the Pats facing first-and-10 at the opponent 40. On the play to Moss, the scoreboard said it was first-and-goal from the 8; Moss came across the end zone from the right, and caught the ball from Tom Brady under the goalpost, bobbling it a bit before pulling it in.

* Also during two-minute work, Stephen Gostkowski hit a 42-yard field goal. It snuck inside the right goalpost; yesterday, Gostkowski missed two attempts very wide right.

* With about 10 minutes left in the 2-hour session, rookie Jonathan Wilhite pulled up covering Wes Welker and grabbed his left hamstring. However, after some stretching and bit of jogging he returned to the field.
