The news first: Randy Moss (back) and Jabar Gaffney (knee) were both on the field for the media-access portion of practice today, though we will have to wait until the team releases its participation/injury report after the session to see what chance each has of playing on Sunday. More news: TE Benjamin Watson and WR Sam Aiken returned to practice, both after missing time with right knee injuries. However, it's highly unlikely either will play against the Jets. Apparently the coaching staff realized this morning that they had neglected to hand any out, and Belichick assured that we'd see them at practice today. But he joked I get the credit for bringing it to their attention. About time I'm recognized around here! Pats' PR head Stacey James said this morning is the first time he's ever seen me blush. What can I say? I notice things like that... |
