FOXBORO -- Rookie third-round draft pick Kevin O'Connell has been brought into the game for the first regular-season action of his young career.
He promptly completed his first pass attempt, a four-yard try to David Thomas.
Matt Cassel finished the day 19-for-31 for 131 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
