The Patriots are holding practice on the lower field behind Gillette Stadium currently and are in full pads. DB Brandon Meriweather returned to the field today for the first time since being injured against Tampa Bay on Aug. 17. After not being spotted Monday, WR Jabar Gaffney returned as well.
