Here's what Shalise said about Maroney:
"I'd say LaMont isnt going to play this week. Laurence might be more of a gametime decision. It's kind of odd what's going on with Laurence, because he wasn't on the injury report at all before the San Francisco game, then he showed up Wednesday but with full participation, then yesterday he had limited participation [in practice]. So either he reaggravated [his shoulder injury] in the game or during practice on Wednesday, but obviously if he's not at 100 percent, then who knows what his effectiveness will be. He's already starting to hear questions about whether or not he is a bust. ... He finished last year so well, and he was healthy to start the year, but we haven't seen that yet, the type of runner that we saw in the last couple of weeks last year."
