Former Patriots linebacker Andre Tippett will receive a special honor for his recent Hall of Fame induction from Providence Mayor David Cicilline at 5:15 tomorrow afternoon, during the Providence Afterschool Alliance Police Activities League flag football tournament. Tippett will receive the key to the city during the ceremony, at Conley Stadium on 434 Mount Pleasant Ave.
