The National Football League announced moments ago that it has rescinded the $20,000 fine it imposed on Randy Moss for comments he made after the Patriots' loss to Indianapolis, though no one's saying why. Ray Anderson, the league's vice-president of football operations, made the decision; a league official said there would be no further comment on the matter. |
