We'll have the full transcript later, but some highlights of Matt Cassel's postgame press conference:
-- (on if it's become easier for him as the starting quaterback since taking over for the
injured Tom Brady) "I think early on the heart rate was through the roof. But as the weeks have gone on, I've gotten into a routine and it's a little easier now than it was at the beginning of the season."
-- (on the Thursday night showdown with the Jets) "Everybody's excited about it. It's the Jets, and we're always excited to play the Jets. It's a big challenge for us and we'll be ready for it, I'm sure."
-- (on West Welker) "He's just a stud. He goes out and gives you 150 percent every single play. He's just a special guy and he continues to get better and better and better."
-- (on his touchdown run) "It was zone coverage and [a hole] just opened up and [the line] parted. I saw the opening and just put my head down and ran. It was a good way to start the game."
