Hey all -- Welcome to Gillette Stadium, where the threat of rain may add an extra element (no pun intended) to tonight's game between the Patriots and Jets. The NFL Network set just past the north end zone is ringed with plastic, and other networks doing pre-game reports have coverings set up as well. According to accuweather.com, the chance of rain is highest from now until about 7 p.m.; during the game, however, there's still better than a 50 percent chance of rain. And tonight is Troy Brown Night, in case you'd forgotten. The game program is a collage of photos of Brown in uniform throughout the years (there's even a photo of him in an old red Pats' uni with Pat Patriot on the side of his helmet). We'll have more throughout the night. shalise |
