The roof has been opened, and it was remarkably quick, so at least taxpayers got an efficient facility for their money.

As colleague Mark Farinella tells me, this will be the first time since 1983 that the Patriots will play the Colts in the Colts' home stadium and it will be outdoors (or reasonably so).
