FOXBORO -- Overheard in the tunnel as the Steelers were heading to their locker room following a 33-10 pasting of the Patriots . . .

-- Hard to imagine a Pittsburgh player complaining about weather, but punter Mitch Berger told a teammate: "I'll take snow any day over this (expletive)."

It rained throughout the game, and temperatures hovered just above freezing.

-- Most of the crowd had left by the time the Steelers were leaving the field, prompting cornerback Ike Taylor to say: "This is the quietest I've ever heard it in New England."
