Welker sets new NFL mark

Wes Welker's first catch in this opening drive of the second half is his sixth of the day, making him the first player in NFL history to record six or more catches in each of the first nine games of a season.

Welker tied the mark set by Jacksonville's Jimmy Smith in 2001 last week.
