Pats-Raiders pregame: Bad boys, good boys

OAKLAND -- The Raiders are the most-penalized team in the NFL, with 96. Surprise, surprise, given both their reputation for being the league's "bad boys," as well as their lack of talent.

The Patriots, on the other hand, are the least-penalized team in the league, having been flagged only 44 times, which puts them on pace to break the record of 59 penalites in a 16-game season.
