Renaldo Hill intercepted Tyler Thigpen with just under a minute to play to clinch a hard-fought 38-31 victory for the Miami Dolphins in Kansas City and further reduce the Patriots' playoff possibilities. The Pats must now hope for a Jets loss in Seattle today, followed by a Jets win over Miami next week, in order to have a chance to win the division.

The Jets are out to an early 3-0 lead over the Seahawks.

Alternatively, the Patriots can get the AFC's final wild-card berth if they win in Buffalo next week while Baltimore loses at home to Jacksonville.
