The Foxboro police have charged Todd Kobus, a 31-year-old fan from Attleboro, with assault and battery and trespassing after Kobus got onto the Patriots' sideline during yesterday's game and crashed into Junior Seau, knocking the startled linebacker to the ground. Kobus was expected to be arraigned today in Wrentham District Court, the Boston Herald reported.

Foxboro deputy police chief John Chandler told the Herald that 22 people were taken into custody during and after yesterday's game, saying "the one-sidedness of the game, alcohol and weather all contributed to the arrests."
