The Patriots are back inside Gillette Stadium for today's extremely cold practice, though that did not stop Sammy Morris and assistant equipment manager John Hillebrand from wearing shorts; Morris was also wearing short sleeves.

As the entry title indicates, Matt Light returned to practice today after missing Wednesday and Thursday because of the shoulder injury he suffered in the first half against Oakland. But Ty Warren, who did practice Wednesday and Thursday, was not spotted during the media access window.

So there were three players missing:

LB Tedy Bruschi
DE Ty Warren
