The flurries continue to fall in Foxboro, covering the field with a thin layer of snow, and the conditions certainly seem to favor the Patriots: New England is 9-0 in home games since 1971 when snow is falling during the game.

The last time the Pats played in the snow was Dec. 4, 2005 against the Jets, and won 16-3.

The last time the Cardinals played in the snow? December 1983, in Philadelphia. They were still the St. Louis Cardinals then, but the Cards did win that game.

One other note: the sidelines, end lines and goal line have all been painted blue to make them more easily visible through the snow.
