Sunday's Pro Bowl isn't worth talking about, and the NFL draft is still months away.
So, for any NFL fans with a few hours to kill, today might be a good day to try to parse the free agency rules.
Let's start with Matt Cassel.
According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, if Cassel spends 2009 with the Patriots, and if a new collective bargaining agreement isn't negotiated, he'll be a restricted free agent again next year.
