The Patriots have just made an announcement on the signing of RB Fred Taylor.

In the release, Bill Belichick said of Taylor, "I have tremendous respect for Fred Taylor, both as a person and as a player whose production is outstanding. I look forward to working with Fred as he joins the rest of our running back group."

Taylor will hold a conference call with local media at 6 p.m.

i like it... you don't hear any drama about fred taylor... he seems to be a great player and person on and off the field... i hope he can help us win the big one this year... go patriots!
