Pats' preseason opponents announced

New England has announced its four opponents for the 2009 preseason: Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Washington and the New York Giants.

The dates and times of three of the games have not yet been decided; the game in Washington with the Redskins will be Friday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. and nationally televised on CBS. The rest of the Pats' preseason games will be broadcast on WBZ-TV and the team's preseason network.

This is the fifth straight year New England will close out its preseason against the Giants.

Preseason Week 1 -- Aug. 13-17 -- at Philadelphia
Preseason Week 2 -- Aug. 20-24 -- vs. Cincinnati
Preseason Week 3 -- Aug. 28 -- at Washington, 8 p.m.
Preseason Week 4 -- Sept. 3-4 -- vs. New York Giants
