Must be going very well, as Tom Terrific and the Gorgeous Gisele enjoy the celebrity social whirl.
According to published reports, the newlyweds were in Louisville the night before the Kentucky Derby for the Barnstable Brown Gala also attended by, among other luminaries, Ms. Paris Hilton.
On Saturday, they skipped the Big Race to skip back to New York to attend a party at the posh Gramercy Park Hotel, where Ms. Bundchen was one of several supermodels making the scene. She looked considerably better in leather pants than Tom did in a pork pie hat -- think Matt Dillon in "The Flamingo Kid."
Tonight, Brady will be donning a tuxedo to escort his bride to the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Do you get the sense that training camp might seem awfully looooong to Brady, who, at 32, is coming off the first serious injury of his career?
Presumably, the two-time Super Bowl MVP and NFL record-holder for TD passes in a season (50, in 2007) will be all-football, all the time, once camp opens. But it'll be interesting to see how it plays out -- and how he plays, considering that he played only the first half of the first quarter of the first game last season.
