Free agent LB Pisa Tinoisamoa visited with the Patriots today. The news was first reported by the Chicago Tribune and has since been confirmed by the Boston Globe.
Tinoisamoa was released by the Rams this offseason despite leading the team in tackles last year with 104. The Globe's Mike Reiss has reported that New England hosted the 28-year old on a pre-draft visit in 2003, and obviously the Pats still think he could fit at inside linebacker in their 3-4 scheme.
Tinoisamoa has also visited with Chicago and Buffalo.
