As it turns out, there was a quarterback who worked out for the Patriots on Friday, and it was even an African-American quarterback, but it wasn't Michael Vick.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, it was Cleo Lemon. Lemon started seven games with the Dolphins in 2007, but was the odd-man out when Miami acquired Chad Pennington last year. He appeared in two games with Jacksonville in '08.
