Catching up on a bizarre piece of news from yesterday: former Patriots linebacker Junior Seau says he might be interested in returning to the NFL this season, but that since 40-year-old body would not be able to handle the months-long grind of another season, he will only consider returning for the final few games of the regular season and the playoffs.

In case you thought Seau was taking it easy, resting up those old bones, we have this news from TMZ.com: Seau suffered minor bruising when he was run over while making a guest appearance at the Professional Bull Rider's Invitational in Ontario, Calif.

The fact that Seau was not hurt worse is pretty remarkable when you watch the video, which shows the future Hall of Famer getting gored right in the backside as he retreats from the big bull. He flops awkwardly to the ground, the bull runs right past him, and Seau bounces immediately to his feet to great applause.
