The Patriots have begun their final practice of the week on a gray and sprinkly Friday morning at Gillette Stadium.

The only players not seen in the short media window are Fred Taylor, who's injured ankle will keep him out of Sunday's game at Denver, and linebacker Adalius Thomas. We'll see what the Pats provide on their final injury list update later today. Thomas' absence is reportedly no football related but he's missed the last two days. We'll try to learn more about his status later today.
