Patriots-Titans in-game news: Hoyer -- finally -- is on the field

FOXBORO -- With the Patriots leading, 52-0, midway through the third quarter, coach Bill Belichick finally has pulled QB Tom Brady and replaced him with rookie Brian Hoyer.

This is the first regular-season appearance for Hoyer, who was undrafted out of Michigan State.
