Here's the final practice-participation report before the Patriots depart for London. There is just one subtraction -- Stephen Neal, who had limited participation yesterday for a non-injury-related issue -- and one addition, Brandon Meriweather.

Tampa Bay added cornerback Aqib Talib was added to that team's injury report with a hamstring problem.
