The Patriots have won 24 consecutive regular-season games in which Junior Seau has played at linebacker. The streak, which has extended through parts of four seasons, is tied for the longest in NFL history. The Miami Dolphins in 1972 and 1973 won 24 consecutive games in which defensive tackle Maulty Moore took part.

The Patriots in 2003 and 2004 won 23 consecutive games in which running back Patrick Pass appeared.

I don't like the Patriots

Then don't read about them. No-one is forcing you to do so.

It's only football - lighten up.

That's too bad, Dolphan. I like the 'Fins. Except when they're playing the Pats, of course. Good team. Underrated talent in a lot of spots. Well-managed and well-coached. Legitimized a radical, new offensive scheme.

Certainly more worthy of respect than the Jets.

Oops! Sorry! Didn't mean to curse out loud like that.
