A little late thanks to some technical difficulties, but thanks to the world's greatest tech guy (Mr. Young), I'm online and ready to go.

In case you haven't opened your blinds yet, it is an absolutely beautiful day, particularly given that it is Nov. 8 and we're in New England. The temperature could reach the mid-60s this afternoon, and there isn't a cloud in the sky -- quite the change from the last time the Pats played here at Gillette against the Titans and the surprise snow.
