The Patriots have signed QB Jeff Rowe and WR Darnell Jenkins to the practice squad.
Rowe, out of Nevada, was a training camp-cut of the Seahawks; Jenkins, a teammate of Brandon Meriweather's at Miami, was most recently with the Browns.
