Good morning from a very chilly Gillette Stadium, where the temperature right now is a balmy 18 degrees --

With all of the activity around here, you'd think there was some kind of important game going on today -- there's police officers with bomb-sniffing dogs patrolling the premises, TV trucks clogging the parking lots, and a couple of broadcast crews behind the south end zone ready to give updates on things here.

There are no players on the field just yet, though there is one hearty soul jogging laps around the field in shorts and long-sleeve t-shirt.

In case you weren't aware, the Ravens practiced indoors this week, a philosophy which surely seems odd from this point of view.
