As first noted by patriots.com via their Twitter feed and now being reported by ESPNBoston's Mike Reiss, New England and right guard Stephen Neal have come to a two-year contract agreement.

In the moments after the Patriots' loss to the Ravens in the postseason, Neal said he was considering retirement but apparently he's decided he has a couple of years left.
