Pats to introduce Mayo tomorrow; rookie mini-camp setNew England will introduce first-round draft pick Jerod Mayo tomorrow at noon at Gillette Stadium, with Robert and Jonathan Kraft presenting Mayo with his ceremonial jersey. On Friday, Bill Belichick and the rest of the Pats' coaching staff will have Mayo and the rest of the team's rookies on the field for the first time, as they will have the first two of three rookie mini-camp sessions. On Saturday morning, there will be a third session. All of the sessions are closed to the public but open to the media.

Posted by Mike McDermott Moss to start NASCAR truck teamAlready this offseason, Randy Moss has signed an endorsement deal with Pony, had his image on a commemorative U.S. Postal Service envelope , and was honored for his work with children in his native West Virginia. Now, he's apparently jumping into NASCAR. He has formed Moss Motorsports LLC, and intends to have a truck in the Craftsman truck series by the second half of this season. The wide receiver has served as a goodwill ambassador for the Urban Youth Racing School and has also sponsored a dirt track program.
